Important Notice for EU Customers – AliExpress Orders

Hello, dear customers,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have received a notification from AliExpress regarding additional handling fees for low-value parcels being introduced in the EU on November 1, 2026.

This issue only affects AliExpress orders shipped to EU countries.

If you are an EU customer who placed an order on AliExpress between October 21 and October 25, 2026, please check your order status and tracking information.

Unfortunately, more than 30 of our parcels destined for EU countries are currently being returned by the platform's logistics service due to this issue. We have not yet received these returned parcels.

If your order has been affected, please request a cancellation or refund and place a new order. We will prioritize shipping your replacement order as soon as possible.

Although we are willing to cover the additional customs handling fees ourselves, the logistics system does not provide us with a way to pay these fees for existing shipments.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support.

Orders placed through other platforms and AliExpress orders shipped to non-EU countries are not affected by this issue.
